Vintage Brand is a digital sports apparel and merchandise brand that celebrates the rich history of American sports culture. Its mission is to connect fans with their favorite teams and memorable sports moments.
While at Vintage Brand I was involved in the end-to-end process of taking the MVP version of the site and creating a mobile first, easy to use, and scalable e-commerce experience.

OVERVIEW
THE CHALLENGE
Approximately 70% of existing customers browse Vintage Brand's site on their mobile devices. The site's MVP version was not as user-friendly as customers had hoped for online shopping, which led to frustration and drove some customers to shop elsewhere.
